Author Archive: Cynthia Watson

Cynthia Watson was born at St. Michael's Hospital in downtown Toronto, Canada.  The daughter of a Provincial Court Judge and a classically-trained singer, violinist and pianist, she is the youngest of five children.

After attending Loretto Abbey in Toronto, Cynthia married an English rugby player, and moved to a small town near Stratford-Upon-Avon, England.  She returned to Toronto, but shortly thereafter left the urban life behind, and migrated to Barrie, a beautiful lakeside city, just 45 minutes north of Toronto.

When not writing, Cynthia loves to cook, watch movies, and, of course, read.  Cynthia has two children (now young adults), one dog (Symon the Cocker Spaniel), and five rescued cats: Daphne, Buddy, Sparkles, Angel, and Evie.
