Parenting And Writing
My name is Jacqueline Pirtle. I pride myself deeply and consciously in being fully in love with the most truth-finding job there is; being a mom, a parent—a privilege in every sense.
To top my parenting experience off with a heap of sweetness, I get to share my life and happiness with my wonderful husband of over 23 years.
I was given the honor to claim my mom throne by two amazing young-adult humans who are thriving and living their truths, going for what they love, and are an inspiration through and through. I am also a chosen mom to many furry ones––some of whom have transitioned back to non-physical by now and will never be forgotten but always cherished.
I wrote this book because clearly it wanted to be written—it found me to be written, and I am glad that I listened! Hence, the reason why everything around me was about “babies and children”—in perfect synchronicity with being focused and in alignment with my soul calling.
One graceful energy in particular was a great inspiration with its presence as a butterfly, blessing me by making my head its runway to play on and hanging out on the hammock next to me while writing this book in my backyard. When I asked, “Who are you?” I sensed and knew that it was the energetic essence of our third beautiful baby who transitioned way before even taking a first breath of air, because its soul experience was complete. Pure graciousness in every way!
Not to mention the baby bunny that suddenly was in our yard every time I sat down to write, the baby cardinal bird that learned how to fly in front of my eyes, and the mommy blue-jay that shrieked at me from the top of her lungs because the feeders were empty—her kids needed food.
Besides all that family love and joy, there is also an infinite amount of magic in my work as a holistic practitioner, a healing arts teacher and mentor, and author of the bestseller 365 Days of Happiness. My unique passion as an ambassador for mindful happiness shines through in all of my life, my work, and me.
The inspiration and the words for this book flowed through me in ease and playfulness, just as the words for 365 Days of Happiness did. I know with certainty that these words are right for me to write because when I open that floodgate and start typing, I feel cleansed, healthy, happy, refreshed, and vivid. The energy that is moving through me puts a smile on my face and makes me a happy mom—spreading infinite goodness to everyone and everything around me, my children, husband, pets, and beyond.
If I would hold any of this back, I would get all sorts of verklempt—energetically gunked-up.
I invite you, Mom and Dad, to join me and open up your inspirational floodgates too. Start doing – full time or part time – what creates your happy juices, shifting yourself to BE and live in a happy frequency—spreading and sharing that with your children, spouses, and pets.
That is a great first step towards Parenting Through The Eyes of Lollipops!
Of course I did have my fair share of ups and downs and lefts and rights as a mom, however after trying to blame my kids at first – which never worked and only created a huge well of more unwell feelings – I learned to always look at myself first, and to take full responsibility of all that is in my life for me. Makes sense since it is fact that I create my life, that I am in charge of all that IS, and that I have full control of my thoughts and how I feel about anything and anyone—including about how my children or how the world behaves.
I truly wrote both, this book and 365 Days of Happiness, from my heart, my inner knowing, my soul being, and through being deeply connected with the universe, the quantum field, physical life, and the highest essence of the divine––a space where everything IS possible, BE-able, and live-able.
One more thing that I do want to brag about – bragging is one of the most phenomenal mood enhancers I learned to do while being a parent – is that I attended the best university there IS to study deeply, and in detail, the art of Parenting Through The Eyes of Lollipops.
The “Pirtle Kids University”—THE best parenting school there is! For me, at least.
By studying parenting intensely through being a mom and – still to this day – by being open to continuously learning from and through my children, I am always in the stage of becoming the best version of being me and the best version of being a parent—in my eyes, the juiciest life experience ever!
So thank you “Pirtle Kids University” for choosing me and for having me!
My intentions for this book are that:
When you are simply just holding this book, it feels like you are holding your child’s sacred inner being – its soul, its heart, and its inner knowing – in your gracious hands
When you are hugging it, you ARE hugging your child’s higher self and wellbeing
When you are reading these words they bring a clear understanding of your child’s presence and essence in your life, and shift you deeply inside of your own heart and soul
This book represents the love between you and your child
Furthermore, by reading and practicing this book, your deep love, gratitude, and appreciation for your child IS being initiated, sparked, re-found, and nourished, and is growing into infinite magnificence—creating magic that you get to enjoy with your children. They will be forever thankful, believe me!
Take from this book what fits for you and leave the rest be, because you and only you know what’s best for you and your family—that is always so! No exceptions ever!
What is the biggest takeaway from being a parent?
Never look at the children for betterment or ask them to change so you can feel better. Instead, focus on yourself, take full responsibility of how you feel, and own what is happening in your life—setting your children free so they can BE themselves.
All of the teachings in this book play a vital role for me and are flowing in the essence of magic into my life as a mom, wife, woman, and whole being––my body, mind, soul, and my consciousness.
I recommend for you to catch onto this love of being a parent and to take this magic by the hand, so that you and your children can enjoy the high-for-life experience of being together and dancing the harmonious dance that binds you forever.
Yours truly,
Jacqueline
