  1. I haven’t made it to BEA thus far, but would like to some day. How thrilling it must be to have so many books, authors, and publishing professionals together. My fifth novel (a mystery this time) Tulip Season: A Mitra Basu Mystery is just out and I am promoting it. BEA brings the hope that books are being read even more.

    • BEA must be just crazy exciting. I nearly went this year, but didn’t quite leave enough time to plan it. Just watching bits on the BEA website is exciting, and participating in ArmchairBEA has been fascinating. Congratulations on your fifth novel! Would you be an Author’s Guild member? I think I recognize your website.

  2. Laura Ashlee says:

I haven’t read any of these but I’ll have to check them out.

  3. Melanie says:

What an interesting array of books! I confess, I don’t read as much non-fiction as I would like.

  4. Becky B. says:

great list, hope you’re having a great Armchair BEA. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Lisa M. says:

Oh, Swagger looks really interesting. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Song of Achilles too. More great books for me to check out.

  6. Libby says:

Media Ready Media Savvy sounds VERY interesting. As an urban planner, I have been doing tech writing for the past 25 years.

But, now I am just finishing a screenplay – a comedy – that I am going to try to sell.

Soooo…I am going to be on the look out for pointers!

Very interesting site that you have heard! Glad that I now know about it ๐Ÿ˜€
