How dedicating a whole year to write about happiness changed my life, turned into a book, and is changing lives as we speak.

Hi,

My name is Jacqueline Pirtle. I am an energy healer, mindfulness and happiness coach, and author of the best-selling book 365 Days of Happiness.

I help people pull their whole being – body, mind, soul, and consciousness – to be ONE, so they can define who they are and go on to BE and live their happiness; the result being that their health peaks, joy, abundance and success arrives, and life simply goes right for them.

Early on in my life, I realized that I see, hear, smell, taste, and think of the experience as a whole being – body, mind, soul, consciousness – in this physical life a bit differently than most.

I sense people’s thoughts and energies – I know what they are about to say, understand where they are hurting, what words they need to hear or what touch they need to experience – in order to feel better. I sense nature and animals and what they are communicating to the world. I sense when people, with me, or not with me physically, need help.

I also always had – and still have – this nagging voice in me “But Jacqueline, there has to be a happier way to do, see, think, feel, taste, smell, or hear this” which keeps me always reaching for more and more of the “good-feeling and being-happy” high for life frequencies.

People have always been – and still are – drawn to me to talk about their problems. If I give them my attention and solutions, they feel better. So in 2006 I started coaching people professionally through energy healing (I work with them on their energetic level which I base off the fact that everything and everyone is energy. To me it all starts and stops on the energetic level). And through mindfulness and happiness coaching – in which I help people be more connected to themselves as a whole being, to life, and everything and everyone that is in their awareness – to BE and live their happiness mindfully.

That brings me to my first book that I wrote and self-published in March 2018:

On New Years Eve of 2017 I had the inspiration to dedicate every single day of 2018 to write about happiness.

What does it mean to, and for, me on that given day?

What am I spiritually-energetically guided to focus on, in order to BE and live my Happiness that day?

Every new day in the morning I sat down and asked “What shall today’s happiness writing be?” I let the words channel through me while typing them into the computer. Most days it was just like that… easy and flowing.

Now, as you can imagine, when writing for a whole year not every day worked like that. Some days I sat and sat, but nothing came. On those days, I realized that I needed to take a different approach to get the “aha” moment inspiration for that day. I shifted to the question “What do I need to do for myself to honor my happiness today?” That question let go of any happiness-blockages I had, resulting in me channeling the words easily again.

Writing this book turned every new day into a powerful energetic shift to mindfully being and living happy—for me and for everyone around me, because everything and everyone is always connected and shares their energies with each other. We all received a nice big shift to happiness—showing itself in me being happier and those around me having happier times too.

At first, I wrote these daily passages for me—but how could I keep all that goodness just for myself? Soon after I turned them into a blog, and once I understood that it helps many people, I decided to make a book out of it. I realized that by doing so, I will be able to give people every day a little chunk of mindful happiness, which lets them practice to BE and live their happiness in a private setting for themselves.

The responses to my book have been amazing to say the least. People that get their hands on it hug it at first, smile, and tell me how happy they feel just by holding it—that just looking at it makes them feel beautiful.

My explanation is: this book is energy just like everything else, it comes with an energetic value of happiness, mindfulness, joy, and feeling good—because that is the energy in which I was when I wrote it, and it is the energy of the words used in this book. There is no other way than to immediately feel better by holding it and by looking at it, because the energy of the book shares itself with you.

Just imagine what it will do for you when you read it day by day for a whole year!

As for how to use it; some people have it next to their bed and read the daily passage right when they open their eyes—to set the tone right for their new day. Others read a passage at night so they set the right tone for their sleep. Some carry it with them and read a passage when they need a pick me up during their day—they say it is better than coffee. People read it alone, out-loud with others, or even to their kids.

Writing this book changed me immensely, I am not the same person anymore, and I know for sure that it is possible to BE and live your happiness anywhere at anytime—no matter the circumstances.

My biggest wish, is that it does the same for you. That IS happiness!
