Dr. Lav Chintapalli is a change agent involved in curriculum development, qualitative research, and developing learning solutions within the interdisciplinary fields of blended learning, organizational change, consumer markets, globalized collaboration, and cultural studies.  Her interests pertain to increasing intellectual capital by understanding the learning dynamics and leadership styles of transnational cultures as they congregate in globalized spaces, and how to best design, implement, and evaluate technological use to encourage learning and productivity. Lav’s doctoral research is a transnational ethnographic comparative study of the cultural influences on education.

What Lav likes best is writing. She is a published author - her articles have appeared in technical journals as well as literary magazines.  Lav is also a children's book author - The Crayon Who Wore A Cap. For fun, she writes, teaches yoga, plays with her kids, dances to drum beats, indulges in philosophical treatise, drinks amber beer, and ponders about the nature of the moon.
